Description
The purpose of the program is to strengthen the practicing and future MCH workforce by providing training and collaborative learning for State Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program leaders and staff. Training will focus on three key topic areas related to health transformation1, including ongoing implementation of the Title V Block Grant: (1) systems integration; (2) change management and adaptive leadership; and (3) evidence-based decision making.
