MCH Timeline Credits

The Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) gratefully acknowledges the work of the following people, without whom this web site would not have been possible.

Greg Alexander RS, MPH, ScD, Professor of Pediatrics & Public Health and Director of the MCH Leadership Skills Training Institute at the University of South Florida participated on the planning committee which conceptualized the site, led the team that developed the content for the timeline, authored the Infant Mortality module, and provided insightful comments on drafts of the site. His dedication to the study of MCH history and to this project are deeply appreciated.

Huebner, PhD, MPH, Director, Maternal and Child Health Program and Associate Professor, Department of Health Services, University of Washington and Holly Grason, MA, Associate Professor, Department of Population, Family, and Reproductive Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, participated on the planning committee which conceptualized the site, developed in depth modules (Dr. Huebner wrote the MCH 101 module and Ms. Grason, with the assistance of Rebecca Barson, MPH, authored the MCH Systems module) and commented on draft versions of the site.
