Page Limit

Can you confirm that proof of non-profit status is NOT in the page limit?

Yes, as noted on page 14 (vi. Attachments) of the NOFO, “Your indirect cost rate agreement and proof of non-profit status (if applicable) will not count toward the page limit.”

Budget

Related to what is stated about conference registration/travel for the SSDI Coordinator on p. 13 of the application guide, can registration/travel costs be used for other staff supported by the SSDI grant, other than the coordinator?

For other SSDI Program support staff, conference registration and travel costs may be considered allowable, provided they support activities relevant to the purpose of this grant funding and are justified in the application.

Can you cover travel/registration/training costs for more than 1 person?

Will there be any in-person meetings during the five year project period? We will need to know what will be required as far as travel is concerned, in order to determine how much money we should allocate towards travel each year.

Yes, there will be an in-person meeting annually during the five year project period.

Grant Requirement

Being that we will be starting a new project period, will carryover be permitted?

Prior approval carry-over requests for the last reporting period (12/1/2021-11/30/2022) is permitted as done in the past years. Grantees need to consult with their GMS on the required documents for the carry-over request.  Please ensure that you have an up to date FFR with comments if you plan to submit a Prior Approval Carry-Over Request in EHB.
