Single Investigator Innovation Program (SIIP)

The SIIP program supports research focused on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities (DD).

We fund these studies:

Autism Longitudinal Data Project (ALDP)

ALDP uses existing long-term data to study how early interventions affect children with ASD. By analyzing past observations and existing data sets, the project aims to better understand the early signs, causes, and related conditions of ASD/DD to help improve early detection and care.

Autism Transitions Research Project (ATRP)

ATRP conducts research to improve lifelong health for adolescents and young adults with autism as they transition to adulthood. It studies social and environmental factors affecting their physical, mental, social, and educational well-being. ATRP focuses on identifying risks, developing interventions, and promoting fair access to health care, education, and employment. The project aims to address gaps in services and policies so that all children with ASD/DD can transition to adulthood and achieve optimal health and well-being.

Engaging Research Innovations and Challenges (EnRICH) webinars
