To improve health care during and after pregnancy, we are funding 5 organizations to develop and test models of integrated health care.

Discover HRSA's Keep Kids Safe initiative, focusing on child safety, injury prevention, and promoting well-being through collaborative efforts.

Seeks to improve cultural diversity in the MCH workforce by recruiting, training, and retaining students from historically underrepresented groups

Trains people from a variety of health care disciplines to be leaders in patient care, research, public health policy, and advocacy

Trains people from a variety of health care disciplines to improve the health of children who have, or are at risk for, neurodevelopmental disabilities or other conditions such as autism and intellectual disabilities

Operates a network of 14 centers that provide resources about the safety of medication use before, during, and after pregnancy

Supports innovative, applied, and translational intervention research studies on critical issues affecting MCH populations

Helps states improve the MCH public health system through providing context of MCH programs evolution

Gives state public health specialists free courses and tools so they can do their work better

Exposes graduate public health students, including those from underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds, to MCH
